About

Accounts receivable software for the invoice, the chase, and the audit trail.

Collection is a record, not an inbox.

Zen Paradigms is an accounts receivable platform that verifies invoices, runs recurring pay cycles, and carries collections across email, SMS, WhatsApp and voice, recording every outcome against the invoice.

Where a collection balance goes missing.

Zen Paradigms is the place an invoice is checked, billed, followed up, and explained. Accounting files stay where they are. The work of getting paid has a home.

A balance goes missing in ordinary ways. The invoice was sent from one mailbox. The reminder went from another. The customer promised a date on a call nobody logged. The accounting file shows the invoice as open because the payment landed against a slightly different reference.

Zen Paradigms is built around that gap. It is not a replacement general ledger, and it is not a messaging app with an invoice attached. It is the system of record for the cycle: the check, the document, the ask, and the outcome.

The point of view is simple. If a fact matters to collection, it belongs on the invoice. If it does not belong on the invoice, it should not be able to change what the customer is asked to pay.

Principles

How invoice checks, roles, and channels behave.

  1. One record

The file, the parsed lines, the cycle, the messages, and the payment are one history. A dashboard figure has to open onto the invoices that made it.

  2. Separation of duties

The person who prepares a payment, a write-off, or a bank-detail change is not the person who approves it. An auditor can read without being able to send.

  3. Explainable signals

A duplicate, a new bank account, or an odd amount stops the action and shows the evidence. It does not decline a customer behind a score nobody can read.

  4. The channel is not the ledger

Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and voice are how you ask. They write their outcome back. They do not become a second set of books.

  5. Tenants do not share a book

A firm can serve many clients. A group can have many entities. Neither arrangement is an excuse for one login to see, or edit, another’s invoices.

Deployment

Shared tenancy, or a deployment of your own.

Multi-tenant

Clients or entities live side by side, with separate customers, templates, keys, and roles. This is the ordinary way a firm or a group runs. Per-seat access and per-usage volume are counted per tenant.

Separate deployment

When a contract, a regulator, or a client demands a harder wall than application tenancy, that client gets their own deployment. It is a choice, not a slogan, and it is agreed before the data moves.

Controls we design for. Claims we will not make here.

The product is designed with role-based access, an append-only trail of actions, separation of duties, tenant isolation, and encryption in transit. A dedicated deployment is the further step when isolation inside one application is not enough.

This page does not claim a certification, a residency region, or a completed audit. Those are properties of a contract and of the environment the agreement names. If you need a specific report, ask for it in the walkthrough and expect it in the agreement, not in a badge on a homepage.
